The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual as a Housekeeping Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Housekeeping Specialist (m/f/d), 50 %

This is how you support us:

• You create a place to feel comfortable with great care, initiative, and heart
• You ensure the daily cleaning and maintenance of the assigned rooms and work areas
• You assist with laundry tasks and contribute to a smooth workflow
• You receive requests from residents or staff in a friendly manner and ensure timely processing or forwarding to the responsible department
• You take on various assigned responsibilities and support the management team
• You consistently adhere to our hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• You are prepared for shifts between 06:00 and 16:00, on weekdays and weekends

This is how you convince us:

• You have completed training as a Housekeeping Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• You bring experience in laundry and cleaning – ideally in the healthcare or care environment
• You work independently, efficiently, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• You are physically resilient and keep a cool head even in a lively daily routine
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are helpful, friendly, and enjoy working in a team
