About the job
The Coup d'Pouce Foundation in Lausanne is active in support and leisure activities for people with disabilities or autism spectrum disorders. Through the various services it offers, it aims to contribute to a more inclusive society. To strengthen the coordination team in the development and management of the Foundation's services, we are looking for:A coordinator Permanent position at 50%

- Training and/or proven experience working in the social field.
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders.
- A sense of responsibility, communication skills, adaptability, flexibility, and autonomy.
- Experience in personnel management and human resources will be a plus.
- Ease with administrative work and use of computer tools.
- Ability to develop and manage project-based activities.
- Flexible hours (occasionally working evenings or weekends).
- A driving license.
