Connecting two worlds: Are you in? To strengthen our team and achieve our growth targets in the BPS PY area, we are looking for a Team Leader Delivery SAP Administration Services PY (m/f/d).WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE
- Disciplinary leadership of one of the PY SAP / SF Administration teams
- Technical management and coaching of the administration team serving BPS PY customers, as well as external partners domestically and abroad, if applicable
- Assuming overall delivery responsibility for the administration services for the assigned PY SAP/SF customers including representing the area in relevant calls/meetings
- Creation of service-specific controlling and reporting for the assigned team, i.e. monthly cost controlling, hour forecasting, forecast creation (costs & hours) and SLA reporting
- Proactive management of innovation and new service components in the SAP Administration Services area
- Proactive cost management in own area by initiating cost optimization projects, automation, as well as near/offshore relocations
- Active management of partner contracts with the goal of minimizing costs. This is done in close coordination with the respective Go-To-Market responsible person
- Support of sales activities for new and existing customers
- Analysis of customer requirements and detailed development of the solution in close coordination with experts from the specialist teams
- Timely and high-quality contributions to offer preparations with market-conform prices/contents
- SLA and KPI monitoring of the administration services shares
- First escalation level for the assigned customer base in case of delivery problems
- Identification and development of possible service add-ons for SAP HCM or SuccessFactors modules aligned with customer/market needs
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Preferably a completed (technical) university degree or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 5 years) in providing HR and payroll services on the SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors platforms, preferably with a focus on outsourcing models
- Convincing appearance at eye level with the payroll/HR manager of the customer and their employees/experts
- Solid BPO-HR process knowledge and deep understanding of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors modules
- Ideally experience in leading employees
- Analytical thinking combined with independent and structured working style
- Very good presentation skills
- Fluent German and English skills
