Vetterli & Partner AG is an established real estate trust company based in Zumikon, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented, independent, and committed individual.

Your tasks

• Supporting a property manager with a varied portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership:- in administrative and organisational tasks- in the re-letting of rental properties (including viewings, inspections/handover) - in the management of condominium properties (including minute-taking of owners' meetings)
• Personal and telephone contact with tenants, owners, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
• Checking and coding of creditor invoices as well as preparing heating and ancillary cost statements

Your profile

• Commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Practical experience in real estate management is essential
• Completed further training as a real estate management clerk or willingness to undertake this
• Very good German skills and confident written expression
• Good MS Office skills and enthusiasm for digital work processes
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of personal contact
• Commitment, sense of responsibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset
