Planning Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Ensuring work preparation and production planning of all semi-finished and finished products
• Feedback and control of orders, as well as inventory management
• Rolling sales planning (monthly and annual planning)
• Coordination and support in the introduction of new products
• Controlling supply chain relevant processes such as production figures, downtimes or bills of materials
  
• Creating, analysing and maintaining evaluations, statistics and reports
  
• Carrying out various administrative tasks such as production launches, packaging material changes, feedback on production orders
  
• Interface management and contact person for those responsible for production lines and other departments
• Participation and leadership in internal and cross-departmental projects and activities

Your Profile

• Basic training in commercial or food sector with at least 3 years of experience in production planning or higher education (FH, HF) in Food Science and/or business administration
• S&OP experience is an advantage
• Additional training focusing on planning, rationalisation or IT is an advantage
• Advanced application knowledge of ERP systems and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Analytical and networked thinking, problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Openness to new ideas/inputs and innovative ability
• Team-oriented, communicative and reliable personality
