Your tasks
- Key worker duties
- Action in psychiatric emergency situations
- Close, interprofessional collaboration in the core and treatment team
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
- Cooperation with relatives and involved specialist agencies
- Co-design and implementation of change processes
- Design and support of milieu therapeutic offers
Your profile
- Completed nursing training (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN II)
- Experience in psychiatric or inpatient settings is an advantage
- Independent working, high reliability
- High empathy and social skills, high resilience
- Team player
