Assistance & Partnerships Manager (m/f/x) 80-100%

As part of the development of our P&C Products and Underwriting division, we are looking for an Assistance & Partnerships Manager between 80 and 100%. You actively contribute to providing quality service, in close collaboration with our assistance partner, our colleagues from specialized services, and our agencies. You will join our Mobility Underwriting department, composed of about fifteen employees. This dynamic and committed team offers a collaborative work environment conducive to professional development and the enhancement of your skills.

What you do:

• Ensure the operational management of our Assistance & Travel product (issuing travel certificates, processing claims notifications, and coordinating files with our assistance partner)
• Participate in the monitoring and development of existing partnerships with strategic commercial partners
• Support our agencies and partners in promoting products and respond to their inquiries
• Establish monitoring statistics in collaboration with Product Management
• Contribute to analysis work and the development of products and partnerships

What makes you unique:

• Commercial employee CFC, necessarily complemented by an AFA certification
• Successful first experience in a similar position such as Assistance Manager
• Native French or German speaker, with very good skills in the other language (oral and written), minimum level B2 to manage files independently
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office) to manage statistics
