• Responsibility for the organisation and selection of the training programmes for Registered Nurse HF/FH and Midwife at all soH locations
• Implementation and further development of practical training concepts and the learning area Transfer Coaching
• Active participation in the fulfilment of training obligations
• Professional support and advice for vocational training managers and trainers at the soH locations
• Support of learning processes for students in Registered Nurse HF/FH and Midwife in challenging situations
• Collaboration with various educational providers and other external cooperation partners

What you bring with you

• Diploma as Registered Nurse HF/FH (with SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
• At least two years of professional experience as a vocational trainer HF/FH
• MAS in Training Management (or equivalent qualification) or Swiss Federal Certificate as Trainer with willingness to complete the MAS in Training Management
• Enjoyment in knowledge transfer, guidance and implementation in learning processes and leadership experience
• High capacity for reflection as well as motivation to continuously develop vocational training
