Rate: 80%
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
Location: Clinics in Vevey, Lausanne Flon and La Tour-de-Peilz
To work in collaboration with the dental surgeon in several dental clinics:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assistance to a dental surgeon specialising in surgery
- Preparation of therapeutic procedures
- Oral hygiene instruction
- Sterilisation and taking radiographs
- Training apprentices for the speciality
- Ordering specific materials for the speciality
- Managing the dental surgeon’s diary and booking appointments
- Managing administrative files (disability insurance, social insurance, LaMal, etc.)
- Preparing and presenting quotes and explanations to patients
- Monitoring ongoing treatments
Qualifications
- Federal Certificate of Competence as a dental assistant, or Sefri recognition with radiology
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Interest and experience in surgery
- Excellent presentation, friendly, dynamic and flexible
- Organised, versatile, punctual and autonomous
- Comfortable with interpersonal relations and patient service
- Proficient in Dentagest software
- Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in French
- Knowledge of English is an asset
