Your area of responsibility

• Performing general tasks in the property area
• Inspection and maintenance of building technology systems HVACSE
• Inspection rounds, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and installation work on buildings and operational facilities
• Carrying out maintenance measures on building and operational infrastructure
• Assisting with adjustment or conversion work
• Completing special tasks assigned by the supervisor
• On-call duty
• Supervising and monitoring external personnel
• Collaboration with third-party companies

What you bring

• Technical apprenticeship (e.g. electrician, painter, bricklayer, carpenter, plumber, caretaker, maintenance specialist with a federal certificate of competence) or several years of trained activity in the field of ventilation and heating
• Additional training in HVAC is an advantage
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
• Team player and collegial in dealing with employees and customers
• Communication and organisational skills combined with a high degree of independence
• Interest in non-routine tasks
