To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed, reliable and proactive individual as of 01.01.2027 or by arrangement as

Financial Accountant 60-80%

What to expect from us:

• Managing the financial accounting of various companies according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Independent handling of accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Participation in the preparation of evaluations and reports
• Support with budgeting and financial planning
• Collaboration on various finance- and real estate-specific issues
• Development and optimisation of our financial processes
• You are the contact person for accounting questions from various company departments
• Support with administrative tasks and secretarial duties

What you should bring:

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (clerk or a comparable qualification)
• Initial experience in a contemporary finance department
• Experience with ERP or accounting software Infoniqa is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured and precise working style
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of numbers
• You present yourself clearly, friendly and solution-oriented – and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
