For our Volg branch in Meierskappel, we are immediately looking for a motivated, independent, and responsible personality for the position of store manager.

Essentially, you are responsible for the following tasks

Always fresh and friendly advice and support for our customers
You lead your store staff and are responsible for the duty rosters
Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
Various administrative tasks
Budget and key figure responsibility

The ideal profile includes

Basic training in retail with a federal diploma (EFZ) is mandatory
Enjoys working in a small team
High independence and self-management
Enjoyment of active customer contact
High social and professional competence
