Clerk Mandate Centre Uri (50 - 60 %)
The Mandate Centre Uri carries out mandates of child and adult protection on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority and thus ensures the protection of children and adults who are no longer able to request support themselves. The processing team is the back office of the guardians. It supports and relieves them in managing mandates and is therefore central to professional and efficient mandate management.
As a complement to our team, we are looking for a clerk from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks
- Client administration and payment transactions in cooperation with the responsible guardian
- Independent handling of correspondence with insurance companies, health insurers, institutions, etc.
- Conducting investigations on behalf of the responsible guardian
- Preparation of applications and requests to third parties
- Preparation of accountability reports of the guardians to the Child and Adult Protection Authority
- Preparation of tax returns for persons under guardianship
- Telephone and counter service as well as mail processing
- Handling general organisational tasks
Expectations
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in public administration
- Good knowledge of social security law and accounting; corresponding further training in this area or willingness to undertake it
- High resilience, flexibility and quick comprehension
- Confidence in dealing with people in difficult life situations
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Humorous and resilient personality with service- and team-oriented thinking
- Very good MS 365 user skills; experience with electronic business management systems (KLIBnet, CMI) desirable
