The Humanushaus, as a member of the worldwide Camphill movement based on anthroposophy, offers a contemporary home to over 90 people in need of support. In various workshops, the residents engage in meaningful work. A rich social and cultural life promotes individual development.Our wood workshop offers jobs in a diverse range of tasks for people in need of support. The socio-pedagogical support of the people requiring assistance is highly process- and team-oriented and requires a high degree of personal responsibility from the employees.
To complement our team, we are looking for a Wood Workshop Employee 40 - 60% (m/f/d) from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks include:
- Developing and producing attractive, market-appropriate carving and turning products
- Competent support in the daily work routine of people in need of support
- Ensuring professional and trustworthy support as a key contact person for our clients.
- Passing on expertise and supporting the training of apprentices
What you bring:
- A completed vocational training in the wood sector, preferably as a woodcarver
- Experience in supporting people in need of assistance
- Interest in manual woodwork, especially carving and turning
- You value personal responsibility and actively and constructively contribute creative ideas to our team.
