The regional team consists of seven employees and looks forward to shaping the future with you. The job is to be filled full-time.
Grow with us – Your tasks
You ensure 1st level support for the assigned product line
You mainly take on planned assignments with regular travel activity; also beyond the assigned region
You advise our customers on all technical issues in the field service, including in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industry
In doing so, you maintain and expand long-standing customer relationships
You independently carry out service assignments (installations, qualifications IQ|OQ, maintenance, calibrations, repairs & restorations)
You ensure precise and complete documentation of the work performed (maintenance and service documentation) within the framework of highly regulated areas of research, production, analytics, or quality control
You contribute to a dense service network with a strong team spirit and mutual support
Your profile
You have successfully completed training, preferably in electronics or mechatronics
You possess manual skills as well as pronounced electromechanical abilities and hold a qualification as an electrical specialist
Knowledge in measurement and calibration technology, e.g. working according to ISO/DAkkS, GMP or GLP standards, is desirable
You have already gained experience in technical field service and are experienced in dealing with people
Strong customer focus combined with communication skills and a high service orientation characterize you
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as a good understanding of the English language are expected
You work independently and like to organize your workday yourself
You bring flexibility and willingness to travel regularly also outside your region, especially to support colleagues
A class B driving license is mandatory
