The Employers' Compensation Office Basel, with an annual turnover of over 4 billion Swiss francs, is one of the largest compensation offices in Switzerland. The team of around 85 people is responsible for the implementation of central social insurances such as AHV/IV/EO/ALV as well as cantonal family allowances. The Employers' Compensation Office Basel is characterised by flat hierarchies, transparent communication and the active participation of all employees.

What to expect:

• Dynamic, collegial environment

• Review of applications for all AHV/IV benefits
• Calculation and determination of benefits
• First point of contact for complex questions
• Advising insured persons on social insurance law matters
• Member of the department management team
• Participation in various specialist projects and organisational adjustments
• Confident representation of the Compensation Office externally at events

What we expect:

• Commercial apprenticeship (E-profile) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in social insurance (ideally 1st pillar)
• Several years of leadership experience
• Negotiation and stylistically confident German and French (additional languages advantageous)
