For our purchasing team in Montlingen, we are looking for a motivated person as soon as possible

PURCHASING CLERK (M/F/D) 100%

Your tasks:

Disposition and ordering of raw materials
Price negotiations for defined products
Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
Invoicing, inventory control and master data maintenance
Ensuring quality requirements in cooperation with suppliers and quality control
Handling complaints and returns
Maintenance of supplier relationships
Participation in projects

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training/continuing education
Several years of experience as a clerk in purchasing or import/export
Enjoyment and perseverance in communication with suppliers from other cultures
Proactive team player with a goal-oriented and precise way of working
Assertiveness and resilience
Service- and solution-oriented personality
Very good German and good English skills
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
