Your Tasks

• Deputising for the store management
• Support in personnel management and planning of 15-35 employees
• Taking responsibility in the store and actively supporting on the shop floor
• Implementing customer orientation and sales standards in the store
• Merchandise disposition and product presentation

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Leadership personality, ideally combined with initial experience
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
