Workload: 80–100% | Reussbühl/Rathausen and Baden (each 50%)
In this exciting role, you are responsible for the training of apprentices and make an important contribution to the further development of our educational quality. The position is centrally located in HR: You manage your assigned professional fields in close collaboration with the vocational and practical trainers in the specialist departments – together you ensure practical and high-quality training.
Your workplace is 50% in Baden and 50% in Central Switzerland, complemented by travel activities throughout Switzerland.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Recruiting, supporting, and accompanying apprentices – from hiring to completion of apprenticeship
Ensuring and further developing training quality according to legal requirements - in cooperation with the vocational trainers
Implementing measures in vocational education and apprenticeship marketing
Advising, coaching, and further developing vocational and practical trainers
Supporting apprentices in case of insufficient performance, misconduct, violations, or conflicts
Organizing and conducting vocational education events and training sessions
Developing and implementing concepts as well as leading or participating in vocational education projects
Active participation in committees, associations, and commissions
Profile & Requirements
Completed vocational training with further education at tertiary level, preferably in vocational education (trainer with federal specialist certificate, etc.)
Several years of experience with proven performance in vocational education
Confident handling of digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, learning platforms)
Experience in concept work and enthusiasm for further developing vocational education topics
Strong communication skills, high social competence, and assertiveness
Very good German and good English skills
