Responsibilities

• Independent handling of complex personal injury claims (liability recourse) from notification to settlement
• Conducting negotiations
• Calculation and assessment of recourse claims
• Coaching and professional support of a recourse specialist team
• Interface to the legal service of the clients

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in handling complex personal injury claims
• Sound knowledge of liability and social insurance law
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and empathy
• Analytical, structured and independent working style
• Enjoyment in supporting young employees
