Technical Project Leader Test Benches

About the job

The missions

• You plan and manage new construction, revision and improvement projects for test benches for internal combustion engines as well as for hydraulic and aeronautical components (from design to acceptance), in collaboration with production and development departments
• You identify requirements and develop preliminary designs and specifications
• You supervise the realisation and commissioning phases
• You collaborate with other internal departments as well as with suppliers, and find innovative solutions to optimise the start-up phase
• You provide support during maintenance interventions and their preparation

Profile

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in commissioning production facilities, ideally test benches for engines or engine components.
• Experience in project management and in-depth knowledge in the field of internal combustion engine technology or hydraulics is a considerable advantage.
• You have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering. A technician qualification with relevant experience in the construction and operation of test benches for engines or engine components will also be considered
• You have a very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
• You have good language skills in German or English, French being an advantage.
• You are independent, organised and autonomous in your work and have good analytical skills.
• You like to take initiative, are innovative and customer-oriented. You have a high level of commitment and are able to work in a team.
