You relieve and support the division manager in all matters of division management (daily business, projects, clarifications, etc.).

Your tasks:
- Support of the division manager in the care of customers, partners, and clients
- Responsibility and provision of management tools (evaluations, statistics, Book of Work, etc.) in the bitubi area
- Creation of individual evaluations for the division
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as minute-taking at meetings in the division
- Creation of presentations for the division manager and the departments of the division
- Support of the division manager in market observation (articles from the daily press, etc.)
- Ensuring the flow of information to the department heads
- Contact person for questions regarding administration in the division
- Organization of various meetings or events, internal training, workshops, conferences, and participation in the organization and execution of customer and internal events as well as excursions
- Taking over project management and active participation in important projects in the bitubi area
- Collaboration in the creation of training and further education plans for the employees of the division, to be forwarded to the personnel office
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial basic training with corresponding further education in Banking & Finance or completed business administration studies with a focus on banking
- Ideally professional experience in a comparable position at a bank
- Experience in creating business analyses
- Strong analytical thinking and implementation strength
- Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills and confidence in creating management presentations as well as communication with internal and external recipients
- German at native speaker level in spoken and written form. Good English skills are also desirable
- Good general knowledge and interest in developments in the Swiss and international financial center
