About the job
With the hotels Säntis, Hecht and Löwen we operate three different establishments in the center of Appenzell. The Hotel Säntis is located directly on the historic Landsgemeindeplatz, while the other houses are situated on the picturesque main street. We are an owner-managed company with around 50 employees who work across disciplines.

Your Tasks
- Independent management of your own service station including cash handling
- Serving banquet guests, with and without cash handling
- Resilient, even in hectic situations
- Guest- and solution-oriented work
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship in service or similar training/experience
- Fluent German
- Good spoken English skills
- Passion for upscale gastronomy and professional guest service
- Solid wine knowledge or willingness to actively represent our large wine selection
- Team player
