For our interdisciplinary emergency department in Burgdorf and Langnau we are looking immediately or by arrangement for one each
Your tasks – responsible and versatile
- You competently, empathetically and professionally care for our patients and their relatives in acute situations
- You take on triage as well as holistic care in the emergency department
- Together with the medical team, you shape the initial care of our acute patients
- You coordinate further treatment within the interdisciplinary team
- You work in a 24/7 shift system – flexibility is a matter of course for you
Your profile
- You hold a diploma in nursing HF / FH (or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised in Switzerland)
- You bring experience in acute care (especially for nurses without a postgraduate diploma in emergency care this is mandatory)
- You are already a recognised certified expert in emergency care or have the opportunity to complete the postgraduate course in emergency care if interested
- You treat people with respect and empathy, as the well-being of patients is your top priority
- You enjoy working in a team, are resilient and responsible
