About the job
What you can achieve
- Administrative and organisational support of the commercial management for large-scale construction projects for the planning and realisation of the generational project Campus Health
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of public procurement law as well as the company’s own procurement guidelines
- Creating and managing procurement plans for large projects
- Independent execution of public tenders (SIMAP) within the scope of new construction and renovation projects as well as comprehensive contract creation and management until project completion
- Managing the supplier portfolio and acting as the awarding authority in public procurement law
- Leading and managing the change order process as well as claim processes
What you bring with you
- Good knowledge of Swiss public procurement law is an advantage
- Experience as a project buyer in construction projects
- Experience as a client representative is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented and team-capable personality with strong organisational skills
- Very good communication skills in German (spoken and written)
