Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) 50–100%.

As an Accounting Specialist, you will make an important contribution to our successful business operations and support Polydono AG with your expertise, accuracy, and passion for numbers.

Responsibilities

• Managing financial and operational accounting including general and subsidiary ledgers
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Conducting payment transactions and monitoring outstanding items
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
• Support in budgeting, liquidity planning, and controlling
• Preparation of VAT returns and collaboration with external authorities
• Creation of evaluations and meaningful reports for management
• Optimisation and further development of internal processes in the finance department
• Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, and other internal departments

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk or federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international trading company
• Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting and VAT law
• Proficient in MS Office and common accounting software
• Very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• Strong affinity for numbers and a pronounced sense of responsibility
