Spitex Chur

Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are deployed daily with 400 clients. With around 180 employees, we are the largest Spitex organisation in the canton of Graubünden and provide nursing and care services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar surroundings despite age- or illness-related limitations. Our employees organise their daily work independently and autonomously. You actively contribute to shaping and further developing the operation in accordance with societal requirements.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH, specialising in psychiatry is an advantage
• Professional experience in nursing people with mental illnesses
• Willingness to regularly work in somatic care as well
• Strong communication skills, commitment, initiative, and resilience
• Good organisational skills, systemic thinking, and enjoyment in sharing knowledge
• Very good IT user skills, RAI-HC is an advantage
• Bicycle or car to travel between different assignments

Your Tasks

• Assess and manage complex psychiatric nursing situations
• Advise and support clients, relatives, and staff in complex psychiatric nursing situations
• Collaborate interprofessionally with external partners such as general practitioners and other health professionals
• Conduct needs assessments and document the nursing process
• Take on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, and staff support
