Your Tasks

You take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
You advise and support our clients and their relatives
You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s location
You create care documentation and individual care planning

What You Bring

Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
Empathetic personality
