Operations and Digitalisation Engineer 80-100%

The Electrical Energy Management operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies and ensures electricity supply under the best conditions.
Mission:
- Actively contribute to the digital transformation of the control centre activities
- Identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with business teams and promote knowledge sharing
- Design and implement innovative solutions based on process automation, digitalisation and artificial intelligence
- Manage IT-related business projects, from needs analysis to commissioning, ensuring quality, robustness and integration of solutions into the existing environment
- Enhance control centre data to support decision-making, improve processes and strengthen operational performance
- Provide technical support and occasionally cover control centre activities to ensure 24/7 service continuity and maintain good operational understanding
Profile:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally complemented by experience in digitalisation, data processing or programming
- Good skills in process automation, data management and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Python, Power BI or equivalents
- Strong interest in innovation, continuous improvement and the electrical energy sector
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete solutions
- Initiative, interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
- Fluency in French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset
- Occasional availability related to control centre activities
