Service Technician

After an introduction at the Swiss headquarters and customer visits accompanied by colleagues from the service team, you will gradually familiarise yourself with your area of responsibility. As a service technician, you will primarily be involved with service and maintenance work. Occasionally, you will take care of new installations. If you have questions or need support in daily business, you can count on the straightforward help of your colleagues. You can expect a well-coordinated, courteous team and a supervisor who actively supports you.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out service, repair, and maintenance work in your customers' private households
• Clarifications with headquarters on complex issues
• Customer care and instruction on site
• Close collaboration and exchange of experience within the team
• Organisation and documentation of your activities

Your Profile

• Technical vocational training in the automotive sector, as an assembly electrician, in automation or mechatronics
• High degree of independence and ability to plan and execute your tasks
• Technically skilled, in possession of the NIV-15 permit or willing to start the training
• Communicative personality with enthusiasm for fieldwork
• Residence in Central Switzerland, suitable for the area of deployment
