We are looking for an industry expert in the Baden-Dättwil region to complement our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

• Leading and promoting your team in professional and personnel matters
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction as well as monitoring & compliance with our quality standards
• Independent management of an exciting property portfolio consisting almost exclusively of commercial properties
• Monitoring and ensuring management activities for the responsible major clients within the commercial team
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Advising ownership on legal and structural matters, maintaining and expanding contacts

• Commercial basic training with a federal specialist certificate in property management
• Several years of frontline experience in managing commercial properties is essential
• Ideally, you already have some leadership experience
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form - leadership experience is an advantage
• You are aware of the importance of your leadership role and naturally embody reliability, commitment, and clarity
