Process Analytics is a division within the METTLER TOLEDO Group and a leading provider of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our headquarters in Urdorf, we develop and produce high-quality sensors for controlling production processes, which we distribute worldwide through our own market organizations. Our production laboratory supplies the other production departments with pastes, glass mixtures, and electrolytes. We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (all genders) 100%. Your main tasks include: You manufacture ion-selective sensors and optimize them. You produce polymer-based sensor layers as well as membrane glass mixtures. You are responsible for mixing and testing electrolyte pastes and internal buffers according to recipes. You check the quality of raw materials, intermediate, and final products. You document process parameters and test results. You are responsible for the maintenance and calibration of measuring and laboratory equipment. You comply with safety, environmental, and quality guidelines. You independently plan orders in SAP.
