TASKS
• Creating offers according to template in the ERP system Abacus
• Monitoring and organising submission deadlines and the offer process
• Obtaining offers from subcontractors and suppliers
• Operating the telephone switchboard and handling info emails
• General commercial activities
REQUIREMENTS
• Commercial basic training and/or several years of professional experience
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Service-oriented with organisational skills and deadline focus
• Confident German in spoken and written form, good communication skills
• Sound knowledge of Office365
