Job Description

Continuous working hours without room hour

Participation in maintaining the high quality
Independent management of a station (gardemanger, occasionally entremetier)
High-quality preparation and production of dishes at GaultMillau level of 14 points
Participation in menu design
Control and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP

Qualifications

Completed training as a cook and passion for your profession
Experience in upscale cuisine
Interest in modern, creative, and high-quality cooking
Independence, resilience, and flexibility
Team spirit
