WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Participate in the design, configuration and evolution of the Infor M3 ERP for the Production and Supply Chain domains
• Develop expertise in industrial processes and act as a functional referent for the business areas
• Manage industrial data, including ranges, bill of materials and production data
• Analyse production, planning and logistics processes to identify malfunctions and improvement opportunities, then translate business needs into functional requirements
• Lead business workshops, coordinate tests, train Key Users and support change management
• Provide functional support, analyse incidents and their root causes, and contribute to the ERP roadmap as well as transformation projects

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or equivalent field
• Proven experience in an industrial production environment, with expertise in analysing and improving Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes
• Participation in industrial ERP projects (Infor M3, SAP, Dynamics or equivalent), with a strong business orientation, an end-to-end vision and a continuous improvement approach. Experience in the food industry is an asset
• Training in Infor M3 Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Planning. APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are assets
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication and process formalisation skills, while showing transversal leadership, pedagogy, team spirit and a strong field and results orientation
