What awaits you Personalised and solution-oriented insurance advice to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency or by phone Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region's client portfolio Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services) Completion of administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools What you bring You have completed a professional apprenticeship and have initial experience related to advice or sales, you have a keen interest in diligently training in the insurance field You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in this region because you live there Your personality is service-oriented and you find it easy to make contact with others, you look for solutions for your clients and you know how to adapt to any situation You have a competitive spirit and enjoy taking on challenges, your working method is autonomous and a remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation You master French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools What we offer you We create framework conditions that give you the opportunity to flourish and fully exploit your potential.
