About the job
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for preparing the annual financial statements of semi-autonomous pension funds and collective foundations according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
- Monitoring and ensuring the automated booking processes in SAP (general ledger and sub-ledger) are within your remit. If necessary, you perform manual bookings and reconciliations
- In close cooperation with clients, authorities, pension fund experts, and other external partners, you ensure smooth communication
- You support the preparation and accompaniment of audits and contribute to an efficient and professional execution
- Through your proactive approach, you contribute to the continuous development of financial processes (SAP FSCD, S/4HANA)
Your strengths
- A completed degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting, forms the basis of your profile
- You bring several years of professional experience and possess finalisation certainty; experience in foundation or pension fund accounting as well as knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER 26 are advantageous
- A strong affinity for digitalisation and automation as well as a good understanding of data flows enable you to use tools such as SAP, Advanced Excel, or BI solutions effectively
- You are characterised by an analytical and structured way of working, have a great interest in occupational pensions, and are willing to thoroughly familiarise yourself with new topics
- You are valued for your communication on equal terms with different stakeholders, your confident demeanour, and your very good German language skills
