Your team
The Corporate Functions division encompasses the Group’s non-banking activities and comprises over 600 employees. Staffed by specialists with deep expertise across all business lines, the central functions are organised into various group departments: Communication, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Taxation.
Pictet’s Group Strategy and Projects team is part of the Group’s Corporate Functions and reports to the Group Senior Managing Partner. It acts as an in-house strategy consulting unit whose purpose is to support the firm and its most senior management in defining and achieving both long-term and annual strategic priorities.
Your role
We regularly seek dynamic and self-driven individuals to be part of a well-established and dynamic team, which has frequent contact with senior management and staff to drive strategic change across our Group.
In this role, you will:
• Lead strategic projects, ensuring the delivery of expected deliverables with a tangible impact. This includes effective problem structuring, robust project design and planning, rigorous problem-solving, ease of collaboration with stakeholders, an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as diligent execution.
• Perform research, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and prepare recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on these tasks and support them in their organisational and strategic responsibilities.
Your profile
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business or a STEM field.
• Solid professional experience, including at least three years experience in a major consulting and strategy firm.
• Experience in the financial and banking industry is a plus.
• Self-driven and autonomous professional, with strong conceptual thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills.
• Client-oriented and results-driven, with flexibility.
• Proactive, autonomous, well organised, efficient and able to work under pressure.
• Proven people and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English. French proficiency a plus. Other language(s) an asset.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
