For our interdisciplinary private ward with integrated specialised inpatient palliative care at the Burgdorf location, which has over 24 beds and approximately 46 employees as well as students and trainees, we are looking for a

Your tasks – versatile and responsible
- You care for and support our patients with high personal responsibility, professionally, patient-oriented and according to the latest findings
- In doing so, you take on the leadership of nursing groups with health professionals, nursing assistants as well as students and trainees
- You carry out the nursing process (including material and care service recording) – supported by the Clinical Information System Clinical – and are committed to the continuous optimisation of nursing procedures
- You accompany trainees and students in their training
Your profile – professionally skilled and personally convincing
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and preferably already have professional experience in the acute sector
- You find the wide medical range of the nursing departments, which a family-like peripheral hospital offers, exciting and challenging
- The well-being of patients is at the centre of your work and you treat people with respect and appreciation
- You work reliably and conscientiously and gladly take on responsibility
- Continuous personal development is a matter of course for you
- Fluent German completes your profile (for non-native speakers, a B2 diploma is required)
