Your tasks:
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations on the construction site
- Monitoring and securing construction sites in track construction
- Coordination and communication with construction site personnel regarding all safety concerns
- Regular inspection and control of assigned areas
- Immediate reporting of safety deficiencies and initiation of appropriate measures
- Support in training new employees on safety issues
Your profile:
- Many years of experience as a security guard, ideally in track construction
- Sound knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines in the railway environment
- High sense of responsibility and strong safety awareness
- Teamwork skills as well as excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
- Good physical fitness and resilience
- Completed training as a security guard
