Then we should get to know each other, as we are looking for a colleague as a specialist in supervision of resident services 80 – 100% starting from October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
The Department of Resident Services supervises the resident services in fulfilling their registration duties as well as in managing their resident registers. It is also responsible for the operation of the Cantonal Resident Data Platform and tasks in the area of register harmonization. In the context of these activities, it supports the municipalities with information and advice.

This is what you can expect
You maintain professional exchange with municipalities and other administrative offices and are the point of contact for their professional questions. In doing so, you develop guidelines for managing the resident registers. Furthermore, you are responsible for the statistical delivery from the Cantonal Resident Data Platform (KEP) to the Federal Statistical Office and provide professional support in the KEP operation.
