Polymechanic with a Focus on Vocational Training and Development
Responsibilities
- Establish training structure for polymechanics and production mechanics
- Design and practically implement a training model
- Further develop quality standards in vocational training
- Recruit and support interns and apprentices
Requirements
- Basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
- Practical experience in training or vocational education
- Enjoyment in developing young talents
- Leadership experience and conceptual strength
- Further training as a vocational trainer would be desirable
