Digitally supported construction machinery is more efficient and makes construction sites safer. Digital services ensure that machines are optimally utilised, maintained proactively, and integrated into digital construction processes. For an established company in the field of construction technology, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, IT-savvy leader.

Your tasks

Responsibility for market development, positioning, and economic management of the digital services portfolio, including the fleet management solution

Active support of the sales organisation in acquisition, consulting, and contract conclusion for digital solutions

Ensuring successful introduction, utilisation, and contract renewal with customers, including further development of customer success and operations processes

Development of business cases, standard offers, and convincing benefit arguments for data-based productivity solutions

Further development of the digital portfolio in collaboration with internal departments and external partners

Leadership of product specialists and product managers for Digital Services in Switzerland and Germany

Your profile

Experience in the use of construction machinery, for example in civil engineering, gravel works, demolition, recycling, or material handling

Entrepreneurial, implementation-strong personality with pronounced customer orientation

High affinity for digitalisation, automation, and technical solutions

Experience with digital services or data-based productivity solutions is an advantage

Strong communication skills, resilient and practical

Very good German skills, good English skills, French is an advantage

Driving licence category B
