Company Description
The Office for Civil Protection of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.abs.llv.li) supports the government and municipalities in protecting the Liechtenstein population from disasters and emergencies. Our core tasks include both the prevention and management of natural hazards as well as the management of technical and socially caused risks.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Management of hydraulic engineering projects in Rüfen and at flowing waters
- Management of hydraulic engineering projects on the Rhine, especially dam renovations
- Management of revitalisation projects at flowing waters
- Development and preparation of flood protection concepts
- Organisational flood protection and management of natural hazard events
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised for this position by:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree as a civil or environmental engineer, in earth sciences or a comparable technical-scientific education (FH, university, ETH)
- Experience in the development, management and implementation of hydraulic engineering projects
- Negotiation skills as well as experience in moderating interest groups, independent and structured working style
- Confident oral and written expression
