Production employee with educational responsibility

The locksmith and metal construction of the Erlenhof | Foundation combines the integration mandate as a focus with professional metal construction and production work. We create practical workplaces, training and integration places for young people and adults, consistently oriented towards the standards of the primary labour market. The Erlenhof | Locksmith & Metal Construction offers project planning and metal constructions on customer order. Processed materials include stainless steel, aluminium, black steel and sheets. Manufactured and assembled are, for example, railings, balconies, conservatories, barriers, brackets, stairs, gates and doors. In steel construction, small supporting structures, column reinforcements and canopies are produced.

• Implementation of practical training and integration processes according to the educational concept, support and educational planning.
• Planning, design and technical elaboration of metal and steel construction projects according to customer order
• Creation of workshop and assembly plans as well as parts lists
• Support of production and assembly processes
• Collaboration with internal and external specialist offices
• Training of up to two apprentices as metal construction designers EFZ

• Completed training as a metal construction designer EFZ or comparable qualification
• Trainer of apprentices with corresponding experience, willingness to attend the trainer course.
• Professional experience in design in metal and steel construction
• Confident handling of CAD systems and technical drawings
• Enjoyment of precise, solution-oriented work
• Interest in working with people in different life situations
• Sense of responsibility, creativity and ability to work in a team
