The school administration belongs to the Department of Education and Youth of the city of Schlieren and provides extensive services for the school board, school management, and the special education office, for care, parents, as well as for teaching and school staff.
To complement our school administration team, we are looking for an engaged and competent person to start immediately or by arrangement

Your main tasks
- Personnel administration of the Schlieren school (cantonal and municipal)
- Preparation of personnel requests to the school board
- Conducting personnel-related clarifications
- First contact person for the employees of the Schlieren school
- Participation in personnel recruitment: You effectively use both online and offline channels to attract the best talents for our school.
Your profile
- You are an experienced HR all-rounder with several years of experience in a comprehensive, operational HR function, ideally in the school or administrative sector.
- You solve complex tasks with ease and bring a networked way of thinking.
- Your service-oriented, responsible working style leaves a positive impression, and your humorous, open-minded, and thoughtful manner ensures good collaboration with your colleagues.
- You approach people openly and confidently, maintain an active network, and are proficient in using business networks, social media, job platforms, and modern eRecruiting tools.
