To strengthen our team in the Project Portfolio & Innovation area, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

• You are passionate about complex and interdisciplinary projects and love shaping project results together with the interdisciplinary project team
• You independently take on the management of various interdisciplinary projects with a focus on digitalisation projects
• Classic project management (scope management, planning including capacity planning, risk management, budgeting and control)
• Participation in the continuous improvement of the project methodology and its anchoring in the PDAG (if interested)
• Enjoy delving into content-related issues and preparing them, for example in the form of decision papers / concepts
• You are pleased when you can combine your competence in project management with content-related involvement in business analysis and testing
• Leadership and representation of the project across different hierarchical levels (both operational and at management/executive level)
• Coaching of less experienced project managers (if interested)

• Your profile is rounded off by a completed master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science) or equivalent competence gained through professional experience
