Your tasks with the new employer:

• Checking, coding, and posting of international accounts payable invoices, credit notes, and expenses
• Preparation and posting of payment runs as well as reconciliation of bank accounts
• Recording and maintenance of master data
• Posting of company credit cards

If interested and with the appropriate professional qualifications, there is the possibility to expand the area of responsibility and take on additional duties. These particularly include:

• Conducting intercompany reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements including accruals
• Support in the preparation of VAT returns

You offer your new employer:

• Completed commercial basic training (commercial clerk with M or E profile)
• Further training as an accounting clerk is an advantage
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications; Abacus knowledge and other software skills are a plus
• High commitment, initiative, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Careful, reliable, and structured working style as well as quick comprehension
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
• Confident German; English skills and other languages are an advantage
