At our location in Bilten (GL), we develop and produce liquid foods such as whipped creams, cold & hot sauces, marinades, salad dressings, sandwich fillings, and other liquid specialties. With around 70 employees, we find individual solutions for our renowned customers in the food industry. We are also the owners of the traditional Swiss dessert brand Stalden.
To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as of now or by arrangement as
HR Specialist 60% (m/f/d)
In this role, you ensure the smooth running of the entire personnel administration and are co-responsible for the further development of HR processes. You are also considered a trusted contact person for employees, various interfaces, and stakeholders.
What you do with us
- Personnel administration along the employee life cycle
- Creating employment contracts, contract amendments, work certificates, as well as various confirmations and agreements
- Absence management
- Contact person for employees, managers, and authorities in all administrative and labor law matters
- Close cooperation with the interface to payroll and social insurance including their representation
- Participation in recruitment
- Further development of HR processes and project work
What you already bring
- Federal HR specialist certificate (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in a comparable position
- Open personality with joy and sensitivity in dealing with people
- Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
