This position is being newly filled as part of a succession plan due to retirement.

• You lead and develop the site entrepreneurially, operationally and economically with a high degree of personal responsibility
• You bear overall responsibility for achieving targets, service quality and the sustainable development of the site
• You actively build customer relationships as well as regional networks with referrers, institutions and partners and maintain them sustainably
• You successfully position the site in the market and strengthen its regional presence and reputation
• You recruit, lead and develop your employees and create a motivating and appreciative working environment
• You ensure an efficient and professional daily business process – from deployment planning to billing
• You guarantee compliance with quality standards, legal requirements and internal processes

• You have a higher commercial education, leadership experience and further training in leadership and organisation
• You bring experience in field service, business development or active market cultivation of services – ideally in healthcare
• You think entrepreneurially, act independently and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
• You convince with your communication skills, negotiation ability and confident appearance
• You have pronounced organisational skills and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
• You know how to promote, motivate employees and achieve success together
• You work service-oriented and maintain an appreciative approach to customers, partners and employees
